The Photographer and Videographer program is a focused training certificate designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of media creation. This program emphasizes practical skills, guiding students out of automatic settings and into full manual control. Students will learn how to properly expose images, understand lighting, and apply composition techniques that translate across both photography and video. Editing fundamentals will be introduced using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Premiere Pro. In addition to technical training, the program includes a basic overview of the business side of creative work. Students will be introduced to concepts such as pricing, client interaction, and ways to begin generating income through photography and videography. This is a foundational program designed to prepare students to enter the media creation space as photographers and/or videographers.
