For the SAFe® course: You will learn the Lean-Agile principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). You’ll learn how to and release value through Agile Release Trains, how to build an Agile Portfolio, and how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at an enterprise scale. You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mind and how to apply the principles and practices of SAFe® to support Agile teams, programs, program portfolio management, and to coordinate large Value Streams. For CSM Course: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a designation offered by Scrum Alliance to practitioners who have successfully completed a CSM course and demonstrate their understanding through the CSM exam.For CSPO course: Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) is a credential designated by Scrum Alliance to professionals who demonstrate their ability to serve as an effective Product Owner for a scrum team in the CSPO® exam. CSPO® performs the following functions: Fulfills the role of a product owner on a Scrum team. In charge of delivering the product. Ensures stakeholder satisfaction, Maintains product backlog. Ensures the team knows the business priorities. Students can choose to take a SAFe or CSM or CSPO exam after the class.
