Program description:

The goal of the Joseph Kershaw Pre-Apprenticeship Masonry Labor Readiness Training Program is to provide our graduates with the training and certifications needed to work on commercial and industrial job sites as support labor. Participates in the program are pre-placed with large industrial companies or contractors. All employers are within a fifty-mile radius of the training location and provide ample opportunity for advancement within their companies. The program also provides our graduate with the skills to continue as a Red Brick Apprentice or Refractory Masonry Level II Support Laborer with the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers.
