The Construction Training Center is a 6-week, hands-on training program designed to prepare individuals for careers in the construction industry. It’s not a traditional classroom setting—students learn by actually doing the work, using real tools and equipment from day one.During the program, participants are trained in skills like rod busting, safety practices, and job-site expectations, helping them understand what it truly takes to work in the field. The focus is on building confidence, discipline, and real-world experience in a short amount of time.Because it’s hands-on only, students leave the program not just with knowledge, but with practical skills they can immediately apply on a job site. It’s a fast, focused pathway for anyone ready to step into the workforce and start building a solid future.
