This certificate program is designed to prepare the student for an entry-level position as a pharmacy technician. Students will learn the process of handling medical and drug records, medical files both soft copy and hard copy including the role and scope of practice, and general duties of a pharmacy technician including the laws of controlled and non-controlled substances.
