Through two core courses—PMP Prep Boot Camp and Agile Fundamentals—you’ll gain the tools, techniques, and confidence to manage complex projects across industries. What You’ll Learn: PMP Prep Boot Camp – Prepare for the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) exam with in-depth training in project management methodologies and best practices. Agile Fundamentals – Master SCRUM, the most widely used Agile methodology, and learn to contribute effectively to Agile teams while managing software development projects.
