Project Manager 2 – CE
The Project Manager II program is designed to align with the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards for project management certifications. This advanced program includes two key courses: the PMP Prep Boot Camp and Agile Fundamentals. Students gain in-depth knowledge of industry standards, project management methodologies, and advanced tools and techniques necessary for successfully leading projects in both predictive (traditional) and adaptive (Agile) environments. The Agile Fundamentals course focuses on SCRUM, the most widely adopted Agile Methodology in software development and project management. Participants will learn to effectively contribute to Agile project teams, understand Agile roles and responsibilities, and navigate modern software development processes. As more organizations shift to Agile frameworks, this course enhances career opportunities within the evolving IT and business sectors. This program ensures that graduates are fully prepared to lead projects across various industries, regardless of methodology. Students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to pass the PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) exam and earn the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification, making them highly competitive in the project management field.
