Course Objective: To prepare the student for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam with a condensed and rigorous review of Project Management fundamentals and best practices to ensure exam success. Course Information: Meeting Place: Virtual via Zoom, Meeting Time: 6pm - 9pm EST (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Monday, Tuesday), Duration: 3 Hours/session (5 sessions), On-Line Access: Provided after registration. Course Description: The Project Management Professional Exam Prep course is offered by Altitude Consulting, LLC. Participants who complete this course will be prepared to sit for the PMP Examination. The course will cover the standards used in conjunction with the PMBOK Guide, Sixth and Seventh Editions. Participants WILL NOT be granted contact hours/PDUs for this course. This course will provide a detailed dive into the fundamentals of project management, including methodologies, process groups, knowledge areas, tools and techniques, and project outcomes as entities progress through the project lifecycle. Students will be responsible for their exam fees via PMI.
