Advanced Welder - CE

Program description:

The Advanced Welder Program focuses on advanced pipe welding positions. The program is designed for a welding student finishing the Comprehensive Welder Certificate or a welder currently working in the industry and is seeking additional skills to advance their career. Students will be well prepared for employment in the manufacturing and construction industries. The Advanced Welder Certificate can be completed in 9 weeks. There is an option of a morning, afternoon, and evening track to give students greater flexibility for a better balance between work, family, and training. If you have graduated with a degree in Welding Technology, please email cce@midlandstech.edu to determine if you can be exempt from completing the first (7) courses listed in the training schedule below.
