The Business Analyst program follows the standards and best practices set by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) the global leader in business analysis certifications. This program provides professional development units required for IIBA Business Analysis Certification exams, equipping you with industry-recognized skills. Through this five-month program, you’ll gain expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), learning how to transform use cases into detailed business requirements and apply testing techniques to ensure successful project implementation. Additionally, you’ll develop a strong foundation in Agile Fundamentals, including Scrum, the most widely used Agile methodology for managing software development projects. With many organizations shifting to Agile practices, this training will enhance your career opportunities in software development and IT. To earn this certificate, students must successfully complete all required courses within a two-year period. Note: Additional testing may be required for certification.
