The Microsoft Office Specialist Certification is a performance-based certification that validates the skills needed to get the most out of Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and Access. At the conclusion of Excel Levels 1-3, Word Levels 1-3, and Access Levels 1-3, candidates will take a MOS certification exam for each Application, which evaluates a candidate's overall comprehension of Microsoft Office applications, as well as his or her ability to use advanced features and integrate Microsoft Office programs with other software. The Microsoft Office Specialist Certification includes three levels of training in each application, all materials, and three exams with a free retake included. Courses can be attended in-person or virtually.
