Sterile Processing Technician

Program description:

This 3-month Sterile Processing Technician program based on industry standards, including guidelines from organizations like the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) and the Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification. Learners will be trained on the different sterile processes, role and responsibilities, healthcare team and communication skills, and infection control and prevention. This course will be a total of 12-weeks and consist of a hybrid learning environment. Learners will attend online courses on scheduled days and also complete modules that correlate with hybrid learning objectives. After successful completion of the course the learner will be able to take their national certification through National Healthcare Association.
