PSI Project Management provides project management training certification courses for the Project Management Professional and the Certified associate in project management exams offered by the Project Management Institute.
Project Management Fundamentals and Certified Associate In Project Management Training Program
This program is for those who want to learn more about project management or want to move into a project management career. The course provides the fundamentals of project management and those who complete the course may appl to take the Project Management Institute’s (CAPM)® Certified Associate In Project Management Exam and become CAPM® certified upon passing the exam. The course also includes practical application of the theory of project management. A case study is completed to and the example plans and forms commonly used in managing projects are completed. The student will plan, execute monitor, and close a project. An optional study group is also available for the students. The study group is a five-week program and it is open to all registered students. Weekly assignments are given to the students to complete on their own time and class interaction is facilitated by an instructor. By completing this course, the student will meet the prerequisite requirements to take PMI’s CAPM® certification exam and they will have completed a case study where they complete the plans and forms that are typically used to manage projects. This course is a combination of PSIPM's "PM Fund/CAPM Course and Practical Project Management Course". The course is conducted using Zoom or equivalent, and is live virtual.
